Refund & Cancellation Policy – Vetosx Raftaar

 

At Vetosx Raftaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot normally be cancelled. However, customers may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it.

 

If the restaurant has not yet started preparing the order, a full refund may be provided.

 

Vetosx Raftaar reserves the right to refuse refunds for customers who repeatedly cancel orders and may suspend accounts in cases of misuse.

 

If an order is cancelled after the 5-minute cancellation period, Vetosx Raftaar may charge up to 100% of the order value to cover costs already incurred. For prepaid orders, the refund may be reduced or denied accordingly.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange in the following situations:

 

1. Food Quality Issues

 

If the food received is spoiled, damaged, undercooked, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.

 

2. Incorrect Order

 

If you receive the wrong items or any items are missing from your order.

 

3. Delivery Issues

 

If your order is not delivered due to operational issues, delivery problems, or other circumstances attributable to Vetosx Raftaar.

 

4. Item Unavailability

 

If ordered items are unavailable, Vetosx Raftaar will contact you using the phone number provided during checkout. You may choose to cancel the order and receive up to a 100% refund. No cancellation fee will be charged in such cases.

 

5. Payment Errors

 

If you accidentally overpay or make an incorrect payment, you may request a refund.

 

Conditions for Refunds

 

Refunds will only be issued for:

•Paid orders that were not delivered.

•Orders affected by food quality issues.

•Orders containing missing or incorrect items.

•Approved payment-related issues.

 

To process a refund request, Vetosx Raftaar may require photos, screenshots, or other proof of the issue.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be provided if:

•The customer provides an incorrect delivery address.

•The customer is unavailable to receive the order.

•The order is refused or not accepted by the customer.

•The issue is not caused by Vetosx Raftaar or its partners.

 

Refund Request Time Limit

 

All refund requests, including payment-related issues, must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are generally processed within 2 business days. The actual time required for the refund to appear may depend on your bank, wallet provider, or payment service.

 

Quality Guarantee

 

We take pride in delivering quality food and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
